We ship every order within 24 hours — usually the same day if you order before noon.

Every puzzle gets:

• Checked

• Cleaned

• Verified “No Missing Pieces”

• Packed tight enough to survive USPS drop-kicks (they won’t… but it could)

You’ll get tracking automatically, and you can text us anytime at (608) 561-8101 if you need help.

🔄 RETURNS — HOW WE KEEP THIS FUN

Our whole service works because puzzles move through LOTS of homes.

So keeping them in good shape helps every family after you.

✔️ Totally Fine (No Charge)

• Slightly bent corner on arrival

• Light box wear

• Smudges that wipe off

❗ Not Fine (Replacement Fee)

• Juice / water / Kool-Aid baths 

• Dog-chewed pieces

• Boxes torn like someone fought the puzzle and lost

• Actual missing pieces 

Treat the puzzles how you’d want the next family to treat yours — we appreciate you! ❤️

And 

🕒 LATE RETURNS

You get 10 days past your due date.

After that, we assume the puzzle has been:

• Adopted

• Eaten by Jonesy the dog

• Or has run away to join the circus

…so at that point, we charge the replacement fee.
